File sharing for marketing agencies

Agencies move files in both directions: brand assets in from clients, drafts out for approval, and final masters out to clients, printers and media owners.

Quick answer: Agencies can collect brand assets with a file request, send drafts with Client review for favourites, timed comments and approval, and deliver finals on a branded page, up to 20 GB per transfer on Share Large Video Files. Save each client's options as a preset, give each stakeholder a personal link, and check opens and downloads in Insights.

A workflow that works

  1. Onboarding: send the client a Request files link for logos, fonts, photos and guidelines.
  2. Drafts: upload with Client review and Email me updates; clients heart options, comment on designs and at the exact second of a video, then approve.
  3. Finals: deliver on a link with Brand the download page (your agency, or the client's brand for their own distribution).
  4. Save the options per client with Preset > Save current.
  5. Give each stakeholder (client, printer, media owner) a personal link and follow downloads on your Transfers page and in Insights.

Tracking what happened to a delivery

Your Transfers page shows who opened and downloaded each link, and personal links split that per recipient. Signed in, Insights sums up views and downloads across all your transfers over 7, 30 or 90 days, with a CSV export for reports.

Frequently asked questions

How do we get approval on a video or design?

Upload with Client review on. The client comments (at the exact second of a video) and presses Approve or Request changes; you get an email.

How do clients send us their brand assets?

Create a file request and send the link. They upload without an account and everything arrives in one transfer.

Can deliveries carry our agency branding?

Yes. Brand the download page adds your logo, name, message and website.

Can we see who downloaded the files?

Yes, on the Transfers page per link and per personal link, and across all transfers in Insights.

Is there a size limit?

20 GB and 1000 files per transfer. Larger masters can be split across transfers.
