How to extract PDF pages

  1. Choose the PDF.
  2. Tap the pages you want, or type them, for example 1, 3, 5-8.
  3. Press Extract pages.
  4. Download the new PDF, or send it with a link or by email.

Pick pages by sight or by number

After you open a PDF, every page appears as a small preview. Tap a page to add it and tap again to remove it; the page box above updates as you go. If you already know the numbers, type them instead: commas separate pages and a dash makes a range, so 2, 5-7, 12 picks five pages.

Pages come out in the order you type them. That means 5, 1-4 moves page 5 to the front of the new file, which is a quick way to put a summary page first.

Typical uses

  • Sending just the signed pages of a long contract.
  • Taking one chapter or the appendix out of a report.
  • Keeping only the pages a portal asks for, such as the photo page of a document scan.
  • Making a short handout from lecture slides.

If you would rather have each chosen range in its own file, use Split PDF. If it is easier to say which pages to drop, use Delete pages.

Same quality, no upload

Extracted pages are copied from the original, not re-drawn, so text stays sharp and searchable and the new file is usually small. Everything happens in your browser: the PDF is not uploaded and there is no watermark on the result.
